George R. McGowan is an accomplished and results-driven Program Manager with a robust background in IT Asset Management, technology sourcing, and agile methodologies. With over a decade of experience, George excels at managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects that drive operational efficiency and business process optimization.
His expertise spans a variety of industries and government sectors, including federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). George has a proven track record in designing and executing IT strategies that streamline workflows, enhance system functionality, and improve productivity through innovative solutions and process reengineering.

As a skilled communicator and collaborator, George engages stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and foster strong relationships. His work in leading vendor management, risk mitigation, and governance initiatives consistently contributes to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
George holds a Master of Business Management and Leadership from Liberty University and is certified in Project Management, Scrum, and Change Management. His extensive knowledge in RPA, data analytics, and agile project management enables him to create and implement tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of his clients.

David M. Wilson (MBA, PMP, CSM)
David M. Wilson is an experienced Information Technology Manager with a strong focus on IT strategy, operations, and Agile delivery. Specializing in SAFe project management, Scrum, business process reengineering, RPA, and data strategy, David has led high-impact IT programs for both federal and commercial sectors. His leadership has driven product innovation, process improvement, and Agile transformations at organizations like Netflix, Allstate, USCIS, and Capital One.
Currently serving as an Engineering Scrum Manager at Netflix, David leads product growth initiatives and drives Agile transformation across engineering teams. Previously, he directed Oracle Cloud ERP training for the District of Columbia and implemented Agile practices for Allstate’s Salesforce and MuleSoft upgrades. He has also managed large-scale projects at Vertical Applications, USCIS, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Capital One, delivering significant business value through improved systems and processes.
David holds an MBA in Information Security and is certified in PMP, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. With expertise in tools like Jira, Salesforce, UiPath, and PowerBI, David is a proven leader in transforming business operations and implementing innovative IT solutions.

Amiee Robinson
Amiee Robinson has been an art director for over 20 years. Amiee has extensive experience in managing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns with expert-level skills in programs within the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Amiee has led her own graphic design agency where she was able to effectively manage teams of up to 10 designers at once.
Amiee's past projects range from video advertisements to social media content, promotional campaigns, 2D & 3D design, brand management, logo design and layout design, and much more.
