My Story

Ronald Harris serves as our Executive Vice President of Sales Training. Ronald refers to himself as a “Grandmaster Closer of Sales Training” Mr. Harris learned through his own business endeavors the art of selling. He offers FM Consulting Group clients with the best and the most up-to-date sales training and master closing skills offered. He has taught executive leaders, owners and staff members the most advanced closing skills available anywhere in the world. He is an expert in advanced sales and marketing techniques on how to approach a customer, to establish rapport, close based on profession, ethnicity, excitement, and emotions.  

 While working with Mr. Harris staff will be taught how to overcome any objections your customer has and condition their mind to buy your product or service.  They will be drilled on how to overcome objections and will learn the “Ten Greatest Closes on Earth.”  Your staff will enjoy the closing techniques learned in a fun and exciting way. Mr. Harris puts our clients mind at ease by helping sales staff not worry about losing sales because of fear, rejections, or laziness.  


Ronald has reached the pinnacle in sales and marketing, having run a successful retail business for over 25 years, and becoming number one in sales with a company that is a vendor for AT&T products and services. During his time there he broke all sales records within the first two months on the job and kept his title for two years, until he decided to join FM Consulting Group.
